Nanton Walks: Indoor Walking Program
The Nanton Walks: Indoor Walking Program is a free indoor walking program targeted towards older adults with the objective of improving strength, endurance, bone health and flexibility. Participants meet up to walk every Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:30-11:30 am. Program times are flexible, and participants are welcome to stay for as long or as little as they wish within the set time limit.
Participating in the Nanton Walks: Indoor Walking Program is voluntary. The Program does not replace medical advice. Please speak to your doctor about the program before you register, and participate in the Nanton Walks: Indoor Walking Program.
